KOI FISH

This piece was originally intended as a study in traditional
Japanese screen painting and Meiji Era Ukiyo-e printing.
The traditional art forms focused on shape and texture to
create beauty in composition.

This painting was created using:
community mailers
Ikea furniture instructions
brown paper bag from a bakery
construction paper
card stock
phone book pages
