VISUAL IDENTITYThe client maintains a pair of blogs for the small town he grew up in. Each helps to explain things on a local politics scale from the perspectives of each of the bi-partisan parties. He wanted to each logo and color palette to communicate reliability and maintain a professional clarity while each reflecting the party's roots.
For Blue Talk Radio he wanted to go for a conservative modernist look with clean lines. We decided to play off of the idea of sound waves and the "on air" light often featured in depictions of talk radio stations. He wanted a more traditional vibe with a little play with the "@" signifying this was "the place" to get your political news breakdown and commentary.
