HIGH SCHOOL CLUB MENTORINGI serve as a mentor for the art/graphic design and business teams within the Robotics Club, supporting students in developing a cohesive visual identity and professional presentation for competitions and school events. Working closely with the design team, I guide students in creating apparel, pit design, marketing collateral, merchandise, and visual displays, with an emphasis on working within limited-color printing constraints and establishing a consistent brand language for each competition season.
In collaboration with the business team, I help students develop skills in record keeping, sponsorship outreach, and portfolio presentation for judges during interviews and pit reviews. This includes mentoring students in writing and formatting business letters, coordinating visual portfolios, organizing sponsor communications, and managing contact lists. I also support the club operationally by creating organizational tools, establishing timelines and workflows for design projects, and serving as an adult chaperone for off-site activities. Through this work, I aim to give students practical experience in creative strategy, communication, and teamwork within a competitive, real-world environment.
