INVITATION

The design for this 80th birthday celebration invitation was created to feel warm, celebratory, and personal while maintaining a clean, organized layout. The client requested a predominantly golden color palette, flat floral imagery, and a combination of script and classic serif typography.
Golden-yellow roses form the foundation of the floral design, complemented by red and pink accent flowers and green foliage. The botanical elements were arranged in clustered groupings to frame the typography and add visual warmth without overwhelming the invitation.
The event information was organized into a structured grid for clarity and easy reading, creating a clean counterpoint to the more expressive typography and floral elements. Flourished type at the top incorporates the personal message, “my hero, my heart, my world,” while a banner below the information grid carries the sentiment, “Happy birthday to the most amazing mom.” Together, these elements balance the practical information with the deeply personal nature of the celebration.
